Integracare Announces Promotions & New Hiring

Integracare is thrilled to announce the following promotions and key new hires:

• Jessica Isaac has been promoted to Director of Care
  • Jessica has over 12 years of nursing experience and has been a key part of managing Integracare’s award winning home care services. Jessica started as a Nursing Coordinator with Integracare in 2012, was promoted to Manager of Nursing in 2018 and has now been promoted to become our Director of Care.

• Jason Kim has joined Integracare as the Director of Finance
  • Jason is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator with over 8 years of experience in Audit, Valuations, and Financial Analysis. Jason joined Integracare in September 2021 as the Director of Finance, where he is primarily responsible for Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Compliance, and Tax.

“Jason brings an amazing background of audit and valuation experience. He is a perfect fit for the team and will manage Integracare’s Finance Department as the company continues to grow and scale.” said Grunberg.

• Yasmeen Hasan has been promoted to Director of Human Resources
  • Yasmeen joined Integracare in April 2018 as an HR Associate and has since been promoted to Manager of Human Resources and most recently to the Director of Human Resources position. At Integracare, Yasmeen’s role focuses on attracting, on-boarding & retaining the best Caregivers in the industry.

• Savita Phaxay has been promoted to Manager of Corporate Nursing
  • Savita joined Integracare in July 2018 as a Nursing Coordinator and soon was promoted to Care Manager. In mid 2020, amidst the COVID Pandemic, Savita began coordinating Integracare’s emerging Corporate Nursing business including COVID Screening and Testing. As a result of her incredible management skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic, Integracare proudly promoted Savita to Manager of Corporate Nursing. Savita now manages the rapidly growing Corporate Nursing division of Integracare and has added COVID Vaccination Clinics to her portfolio of Corporate Nursing services offered.
