Home Health Care Services
Integracare Home Care offers home care services in Toronto and Mississauga, which are available wherever you or your loved one calls home. Our qualified and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and other health care professionals such as Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) will visit your home to provide medical treatment and living assistance. Additionally, we also provide 24/7 live-in care for Clients with such care needs.
We provide Wound Care through Registered Wound Care Nurses for post-surgery recovery or wounds related to chronic conditions. All our personnel are qualified and experienced health care professionals who have been thoroughly screened with reference and police checks, annual medicals, bonding, and photo ID.
At Integracare Home Care, we firmly believe in the ongoing professional development of our home healthcare professionals. We provide training in all four facets of Dementia care for 100% of our Caregivers as well as regular on-site supervision and training in other nursing skills such as CPR and First Aid. Most importantly, our home healthcare professionals are supervised and supported on a 24/7 basis by Registered Nurses.
